This operation is by far the worst that I have dealt with ever! I was passed off to them for diabetic supplies due to changes in the Medicare Law in July 2013. Firstly they sent me a replacement meter of a type that I neither requested or desired. Secondly, the sent me fewer supplies than prescribed by my physician without any explanation. The meter that they sent me, an Advocate to replace my Bayer Contour. This meter has periodically given a reading 200 or more higher than I normally run. I has taken an average of 6 retests to get repeated readings in an acceptable range (verifiable using my wife's Countour). On October 08, I returned, with their permission, the most recent supply of Advocate test strips and requested that they be replaced with Contour strips. They received the shipment on October 11. On October 22, I had not received my strips, I called and talked with a "manager" who assured me that the replacement strips were sent on October 15. My cover letter had requested that the strips be sent to my permanent address rather than my summer address. As of October 26, I still have not received the replacement strips and have had to purchase strips out of pocket. Since my time zone is three hours behind them, and our mail doesn't get delivered until late afternoon, corresponding with them is impossible. I have left message the past two afternoons, as they are closed at 6 pm EDT. So far no one has returned my calls.
Customer service was able to help me with my confusion over the Medicare changes. I was able to get my supplies sent out to me the following day and received them within a week. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to find a caring supply company to navigate the crazy Medicare changes that took place in July 2013
