These people are the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I've used them for about 6 years but the latest screw up is the last one for me. Three weeks ago they sent me my CPAP supplies but sent me 3 Medium masks instead of the Large ones that I ordered. I called them to tell them, but since you can never get them on the phone I left a message. About four days later I realized that they never returned my call so I called again and left another message. Still nothing;. Last week I called again and yet another message. I have still not heard from them. I have had to buy supplies for cash since I can't get any more Medicare supplies until next month. I think this borders on fraud. Needless to say I will never use them again and I am also contacting Medicare since they are the ones who pay these incompetent idiots. Too bad I have to give them a star. It should be a MINUS
