I've been a client of Roth for the better part of ten years, the treatment and service I've received from the staff has declined to the point of being none existent. My son is also assigned to Roth and he also gets poor service. If I had to come up with a slogan for them it would be: "Roth Medical, Inc. of Pueblo where good customer service goes to die." I'd go somewhere else but my medical provider has a contract with them. If you can go anywhere else save yourself the drama and choose another provider.
Having some billing problems. Started back in Oct. 2013, Roth's excuse is they had no insurance info. on me. The bills just keep showing up and collection calls have started as well. I keep tellin g them I'm insured. Filing a complaint with the BBB next.
