I've been a client of Roth for the better part of ten years, the treatment and service I've received from the staff has declined to the point of being none existent. My son is also assigned to Roth and he also gets poor service. If I had to come up with a slogan for them it would be: "Roth Medical, Inc. of Pueblo where good customer service goes to die." I'd go somewhere else but my medical provider has a contract with them. If you can go anywhere else save yourself the drama and choose another provider.
Having some billing problems. Started back in Oct. 2013, Roth's excuse is they had no insurance info. on me. The bills just keep showing up and collection calls have started as well. I keep telling them I'm insured. Filing a complaint with the BBB next.
They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
