I received a bill for equipment from my sons surgery. I paid on the invoice by providing my credit card number. Two months later I received a notice that they could not process the card that I use daily without fail. I got an online payment address from them that had an invalid link. They want me now to send a check to yet another address...forget it. What a crazy way to do business.

No person answers the phone. A recorded voice, Raoul (who is he?) says to leave a message and there is no time to leave one. The voice mail cuts off. Very unprofessional.
