I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
