They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
