Very disappointed in their service. Office where I picked up my equipment was dirty. Each time I spoke with someone on the phone, they were rescheduling my pick up because the respiratory therapists were on vacation. Luckily, I didn't die in my sleep before being able to get my equipment! I would NOT recommend this company.
As of July 2013, Kaiser and Apria have a new contract for CPAP supplies and equipment. No longer available are complete kits for ResMed CPAP masks. Apria now supplies non-ResMed headgear for the ResMed CPAP masks and they don't work. The non-ResMed headgear Apria/Kaiser supplies have weak Velcro tabs and don't hold the mask in place. I've spent 4 weeks trying to get the correct headgear from the Stockton office. As of 12-4-13, I'm still waiting.
Our situation has been unusual and Apria Stockton has made every effort to work with us. I bring in empty tanks & exchange for new ones - never a problem. In & out in 5 minutes. They have always been polite, courteous and friendly. I never mind going to Apria because I know the people will smile and help me.
