I have been dealing with this company for over ten years and they have never really made me feel like they were happy to have me a customer I tried to swap a oxygen consentrator that i have had a few years for making noise and putting out to much heat. They were unwilling to swap it out for a newer unit because they couldnt seem to get to make any noise, after only running it a couple of hours.Their staff was bisiness like but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It seemed like they would rather lose a good customer with good insurance then to give them a new piece of equipment. I would never use them again. I was very disappointed. . They made a lot of money off my insurance coimpany thought but not anymore.
