Communication with this company has been non-existent. Every promise they made to me has been broken. They do not as a general rule call back when call backs are requested (with a one time exception). I have not been able to get much needed supplies because their automated calling system would call, I would press the appropriate buttons to receive supplies and also request a call back....but never received the supplies or the call backs. This has been the case for almost 3 years. When I call directly, communication is also lacking, I am sent from person to person for answers and when answers are given, I'm told to expect one thing and then when it never happens and I follow through again, the answer is all of a sudden different and I still don't receive my supplies. I'm now looking for a better provider (one who will actually provide) for my medical supplies as I have utilized other providers for different supplies in the past and Express Healthcare is the only company who has not given me great service, who does not communicate well or return calls and who has not provided me with much needed supplies.
This company is one of the few left that understands the concept of customer service. Every staff member I spoke to went above and beyond to work with me and my insurance coverage. When my hospital bed stopped working in the middle of the night, they sent a technician out to fix it. At 2:00 am. Name another company that would do that if you can. I absolutely recommend Express Health Care without hesitation.
