We use this pharmacy through hospice because we have no choice. They forget deliveries (every week we have to call and find out where it is), they leave out part of the order then claim they never got it (even though I personally hear the nurse order it), and they are complacent about all their mistakes. This is the most pathetic excuse for a business I've ever dealt with, and it's especially outrageous that families who are already stressed dealing with a death have to go through this. Shame on you, JB.
It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They've never lost my prescription. I never have to worry. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
