My spouse was quoted, higher then usual price for a prescription,(they ask us to call our health insurance provider), then they said later after we complained, then they lowered the price, They said it was not generic, that's why it cost so much. It was listed under same exact type of prescription, and was written out as generic. They said we picked it up and we did not. We called our doctor to go thru a other Pharmacy and picked up the same exact prescription for about a third of the price, with a 15 minute wait. There are some nice people that work there, its to bad for them, but we were tired of the run around on the last few times we came in for our prescription, they said it was ready we showed and it was not ready. I wish them good luck in the future, and hope they can fix there broken processes and customer service issues, for the sake of there employees. There has to be a better way to conduct business.

I have been using Saveon Pharmacy for at least 2 or more years getting at least 10 prescriptions filled per month. I have always been more than satisfied with the service and friendliness of the entire staff, in fact I would say they are OUTSTANDING. Until today. 8/15/13.

I called in yesterday the 14th for a refill on my Warfarin. I had 1 refill left on my prescription. Any body that knows any thing about Warfarin knows the prescription is regulated by my caregiver. Sometimes you take one a day sometimes two, depending on your INR results.

Today, when I went to pick up my prescription, first they could find no record of me or my prescriptions in the computer system. When I was finally located I was told that it was too soon to fill the prescription,. Now, a simple phone call to the Doctor listed on my prescription would have fixed that problem immediately. Instead, I was sent away without my Warfarin.

Any pharmacist knows the dangers involved if ones INR is too low or too high. I am not willing to die over this and it needs to be resolved immediately.

Once again, I want to stress that the regular staff at this pharmacy is OUTSTANDING and I mean every one of them. I don't know who the people are that were on duty today. I had never seen them before.
