The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I called them ahead of time to fill my prescription and I still had to wait for a while for it to be finished.
