There was a nasty girl working in the Pharmacy today and the name was Nikki I believe. She was NOT helpful, was ignorant when I asked for help and then after I resolved the problem between the dr office and the pharmacy she gave me dirty looks as I left. REALLY??? dirty looks for a communication problem between the dr office and pharmacy? I will NOT be returning to KOPP DRUG in Bellwood Pa because of HER. YES it is the closest pharmacy to my home and YES I do spend plenty of money each time I visit because I love the Kopp gift shops. But i will now be going to Thompson Pharmacy in Juniata and your employee is the reason why.
