I experienced an awful event at this pharmacy. I was treated with ultimate disrespect by a female pharmacy employee. Having just returned to this state I was trying to get information from her about how sudafed was handled in Ohio. I have chronic rhinitis and have been using sudafed daily for 20+ years. She unfairly"judged" me by my appearance as I have a very serious auto-immune disease so I may look like a meth head, but I think meth must be the worst drug ever. And she had no right to judge me at all. She was so rude she said she wouldn't argue with me and walked away. I never argued with her, I was just seeking information. She obviously has an attitude problem and she cost that business a lot of my money because I will NEVER go there again. However the pharmacist was very respectful, helpful, professional, and kind. This event occurred on 1/4/15 around noon time. She should be fired if this is how she treats customers, or at least be re-educated on proper etiquette and social skills if she is going to be customer service employee.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
