I give this pharmacy customer service overall a poor rating. There are a couple representatives that are friendly and efficient. I just called to check if my script was ready before heading out (since I'm not feeling well) and they were short with me NOT VERY FRIENDLY. This is not the first time. I realize this is reflective of that person so I try not to take it personally. I have experienced this repeatedly and have seen others (especially elderly) treated poorly as well. THAT! makes me mad!
