There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They had my prescription ready as soon as I arrived. I didn't have to wait at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
