If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. My employer was having dificulty resolving errors made by Barney's. The doctor had laid blame for the issue on the pharmacy. As my employer was upset she asked me to relay the situation as she saw it to the pharmacist on her behalf, on speakerphone so that we were both party to the call. As I was explaining the situation as per my employer's request the pharmacist begin yelling over me. He then cursed at me and began name calling, distressing myself and my employer. I told him I would not tolerate being cursed or yelled at; he continued; I hung up. The pharmacist then called my employer. Being distraught she let the call go to her machine. The pharmacist then left a lengthy yelling message cursing some more and calling me by more insulting names. Since this incident, the pharmacist has been consistently rude. He has rehashed the incident, distressing my employer anew, every time she has needed to call the pharmacy. Don't use Barney's unless you enjoy verbal abuse.
They have never given me the wrong medication. I always know I'm getting what I need. They didn't have my prescription ready when I arrived, but I didn't have to wait that long. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. George knows everyone by name and remembers them too.
