The billing and administrative side of my visit and relationship with them stands out the most. They shipped wrong products, shipped late, forgot me completely at times, charged incorrectly, failed to get a prior authorization, tried to bill entire amount to me, continued to ship products when they knew they were not being filed the right way or paid, and when I brought it up, their response was that I had signed a page stating I was ultimately responsible. When I attempted to work it out, the manager sent me to my doctor, who sent me back to the manager, who sent me to my insurance company, who sent me back to the same manager, who then refused my calls. Ultimately, since they did not get a PA, all supplies sent in 2012 were not filed, nor paid. Yet they continued to send throughout whole year and billed me the total price in November. That was my first bill of the year! I filed a complaint with billing, who referred me to the manager, again. Then billing said she would 'take care of it', which means, bill me the charges. They changed the dates on the services and resubmitted with a backdated PA, so some of the items were finally paid by my insurance. After a whole year of fighting, I finally pay it down to a $64.10 balance, which I called and verified, paid it off. Two months later received yet another bill for $7.38. Insane! I filed a complaint with BBB which they failed to address. Buyer BEWARE.
The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. Their office was cold, and there was no where to sit except in the wheelchairs they sold. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance or in the comfort of their clients. I had to wait for assistance. The front desk was chaos. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They did offer me a bottle of water. But my salesman was running around ragged, and everyone else was cavalier and too busy to help me meet my needs. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
