They only contact me when I need a refill, or to let me in on the insider info: "medicare may stop covering this and I "need to refill it before this happens". Its been months since I answered their repeated attempts to call me for a refill, soon as I get back on the watermelon truck, ima gonna answer the phone!
I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Every time I call them I get my questions very quickly. They have some of the best customer service I've ever seen.
