Overpriced. The worse vet service I have encountered in more than 30 years. I moved to Debary in 2000 and started using this vet for my two dogs and two cats. I had a bad experience with a service provided to one my dogs; however, I assumed that it was one time situation. Since I live less than one mile from this Vet I decided to stick with it. My Mistake!!!
I just took my cat for an annual wellness, and they told me that the cat needed a dental cleaning. I just got an estimate in the mail for the service. They want to charge me $1,800 for it. They listed 34 items on the estimate. Amazing. Even If I would go ahead with the service I have no confidence that they might call me during the cleaning and let me know that the cat needs one or more teeth pull. Another $500 to $1000. Crazy!!

This establishment is more interested in your ability to pay for their procedures and make no excuses for that. They are overpriced in their estimates which range from low to high and are always over the top on the high end. I have had the unfortunate experience of using them for my pet and it has cost me over 3,000 dollars since last spring. Money which I do not have They do not have a payment plan, push a high interest credit card plan, and insist on procedures that are not necessary. I made the mistake of not shopping around for more reasonable people to treat my animals. I'm done with them.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
