They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.
