I have 2 dogs that have been seen by this vet for several years. Although they seemed expensive I trusted her to take care of my animals. One of them needed dental work and I was given an estimate by the dr. It was a high-low estimate of anywhere between 1200 to 1700 to perform the work. Ouch, but she really needed it and so I agreed to have it done. I am at work on the day of the surgery and I get a call from the vet's office that my dogs mouth is much worse than they thought. With my dog under anesthesia they now tell me that it will be 3800. WHAT?? What was the high-low estimate for? After negotiating down to 2800, I had to let them complete the work or subject my dog to yet another dr's care and another oral procedure. My dog is old and traumatized by these procedures. I worked in a retail store at that time and coincidentally, in walks a vet tech from a different, very well known animal hospital in Boca. I told her what happened to me and she told me that the most expensive dental procedure she has ever seen at her office was 1200 for a full mouth extraction. A few weeks later I went back to the original animal specialist that had recommended this vet to me. I was in the waiting room telling her the story about how the vet extorted money from me and a woman that was sitting in the waiting room listening to me chimed in stating,"The same thing happened to me at that vet's office." People, stay away from this place. That is just way too much of a coincidence. This vet's office must regularly under quote for a procedure and then hold their animals hostage unless they get their extortion money. Very sad and disgusting!!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
