This office is absolutely fantastic! The staff are always courteous and professional, and take the time to train me regarding my cat's diabetes whenever possible. We switched to this office after going to our last vet for 12+ years when my dog needed to be put down. My dog was suffering and they told me they didn't have any available appointments! FVAC immediately made time for us, indicating that they were more concerned with our animal than keeping their schedule. They treated her with care and love, made a clay pawprint for us to keep her in our memory, and placed her ashes in a beautiful metal box rather than the "Chinese food"-looking boxes that I've seen others use. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets as part of the family.
