Due to covid, we waited in car 5 1/2 hours. First question asked it may be
$900;00 is that alright. Would not take printed file on my pet that my vet
had printed out. Bill was over $700.00, no personal contact, wants all
info emailed. Next visit (which I cancelled) could cost #1000.00 and they
don't take cash or checks and cr card info will be taken over phone.
I personally like to see the people who are taking care of my baby. I will
not be returning to this VCA.

I just had the most horrific experience with my beloved dog who I brought to the clinic after she suffered a massive seizure. From the beginning I was ordered by Dr. Lauren Kramer many unnecessary and expensive tests after which she immediately declared once she got the results that she does not know what's wrong with my dog and more very expensive tests are needed. Then I was sent to Dr. Andrea McDooling for further expensive and unnecessary tests after which she says she doesn't know what's wrong with the dog either and then sent me to a neurologist, Dr. Stacy Dillard who also insisted I do more expensive tests on my dying unresponsive dog. All 3 doctors had a dismissive attitude pushing expensive tests and constantly telling me they do not know what is wrong with my dog. They are in the business of making money and not helping people in pain who brought their sick animals in. I find that behavior repulsive. They billed me in advance telling me constantly they don't know what's wrong with my dog after I paid for all the expensive tests. If somebody is in the business of milking people out of money they shouldn't be vets, they should work at the bank. I spent several thousand dollars with this specific emergency clinic and my dog passed away the next day. I will make sure to tell everybody everyday to never go there with their animals and to write everywhere I can how horrible this clinic is on behalf of my dead puppy.
