They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. We've been with this vet for 25 years and they have taken wonderful care of all of our animals.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
