I feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They never seem like they're going to give up on me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
