If you are looking for a vet that has your family and pet in their best interest, DO NOT use this place!!!! The staff is very unprofessional .This facility is extremely rude. Part of a successful business is having good people with great people skills. That is something this place is lacking. I tried to adopt a puppy for my soon turning 3 year old . I told them over the phone that I was looking for a puppy for his bday. They said I could come take a look at the adorable puppy. I showed up an the puppy wasn't there because it was a foster dog. The foster home that it was in had a 8 month old child keep in mind. I told them why I was wanting to look at her again while I was there. They asked me to come back the next day. We came back for the visit and decided she would be perfect for our family. She would be someone for our son to grow up with. The following day they told us well we don't let families with small children adopt such small puppies. These people are not interested in the animals best interest. Both my husband and I have had animals our entire life. My son is also around another small dog everyday while he is in child care. These people let me take off work two days in a row to come look at her , when they know they had no intentions of letting us adopt. They did not even call to tell me the decision . I had to call three separate time to get an answer, even though they said they would call right back . When I asked to please speak with the vet that made the decision they would not let me . They hung up on me . I should have been informed up front if small children could not adopt so that I did not have too ask off two days in a row . They kept a wonderful puppy for receiving a amazing home. I was trying to do the right thing in helping an animal in need, but they have no interest in finding them goods home. They are extremely judgmental and hippo critical . The puppy cannot be with a 3 year old , but an infant is fine? That does not make sense. I am extremely disappointed in this business. I will find a puppy and when I do , I'll make sure I take them anywhere but here!!! It's awful!!

Dr. Wallace has cared for our pets since 1991. He is an awesome vet! His knowledge and "bedside" manner are above reproach. He has good connections with veterinary specialists, should the need arise. His staff makes the boarding of our dogs easier because they're so sweet to them and care about them. We had already moved from Center Point before Dr. Wallace's clinic was destroyed by a tornado. We were still making the trek from St. Clair County to his Center Point office when all this occurred. We were sorry for his misfortune, but happy he moved our way.
