They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Weber is FANTASTIC....we LOVE him! Do not go to Dr. Weber if you are one of these people who want to be told they are doing a good job as pet owners no matter what.....Dr. Weber will tel you JUST HOW IT IS and does not care what you think about it. He is very straight-forward and loves and cares for my dog more than he does me. LOL! That is the way it should be. Don't get me wrong, he is friendly and jokes with my kids when we come in for a visit BUT if you can't take the heat, stay out of his office. =-)
