I feel confident in their care but I was unimpressed with how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The staff was cold and not very friendly. I did not see the women at the front counter smile once. I was not very impressed with my overall experience. I did however like the vet who treated my dog very much.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I came there and they cut my dog hair off not explaining the groom correctly, tomorrow I will be calling asking for the manager because I want my money back for the grooming. I paid almost a hundred dollars and they didn't explain anything to me and what I really paid for.

Most of the staff were wonderful and I felt that they really 'got' what a holistic approach to care means.

Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else
