Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.
