This place is the absolute worst. They do not care about your pet, they care about money. It's all about money. We had an emergency with our poodle absolutely screaming and crying when trying to deficate. It was a Wednesday morning and it had been going on for 2 days. So they said I could come in and the "office visit" was 47$. Having been unemployed for 2 yrs, I could handle the 47$, but if anything else needed to be done "could I pay on Friday", I asked. I said they could take down my credit card and it would be fine Friday. They called me and ask if they could do some probe or something and there was a charge. Fine. Then the doctor called me, and said to me "I can't find anything. No parasites, worms, nothing." The only thing he suggested was an XRay and that was $80 "and I understand paying for it is a problem". Okay, can I pay everything but the 80$ untl Friday. My puppy was dying, or so it sounded to me. NOPE. So I went to pick up the dog and it cost me $127.00 to NOT find out what is wrong with her. What was my $47.00 for? To walk in the door? He even heard her screaming and did nothing about it. Shouldn't a vet be like a pediatrician for your child? Where is the compassion? I wouldn't take a plant to this man...he'd kill it too. This "man" is definately in the wrong profession.
