It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. The kennels and holding area were dirty my dog always leaves covered in fleas. I definitely wouldn't recommend leaving your pet here. I was uneasy during my appointment. the staff is clearly overworked. They should allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They appeared to be a little overwhelmed with too many pets at one time. The vet way over charges for everything.
