I took in my cat bc he wasn't eating/drinking and was limping. The vet took x-rays and blood tests but didn't tell me anything to do and said would call later with results...I called later and they said they didn't have them. This was 5 pm SAT!! Now what? I didn't get any help but they got $270. Luckily there was someone open on Saturday who was wonderful, addressed all my concerns, gave me meds and fluids and followed up on Mon. I will NEVER go to Critter Care again, my cat would be dead now if I had trusted them.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared
