I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They really go above and beyond to make me and my pet feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. My pet is treated so compassionately! Their primary concerns are the well being of my pet and my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I come here they always greet me as soon as I walk in the door. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Dr. Lipps doesn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary tests either! I drive 30 minutes to get to this vet when their are 10 vets within 5-10 minutes from my home!
