They were rude and they did not treat my small dog in any way to make him well. After 4 days in a cage with not enough water my dog looked worse then when I first took him. He was scared and dehydrated. He was injected with a shot that burned his skin behind his neck. I was told by a Dr. that my dog was full of fleas, when she was not there when he was admitted. My dog is an inside dog and I know I did not take him there with fleas. They were paid well to care for my dog, but the care was not worth it.
I will never take my dogs there again. They all look like they do not like animals.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

Their receptionist was rude and disrespectful. I was very concerned about my puppy and she treated me like I was her child. She disrespected me and I will soon contact Dr. Wise to let him know what kind of service his receptionist is providing. Their hours are 9am to 1pm on Saturday however she told me " if you're going to bring your dog, you better bring him now because Im trying to get out of here by 12:30(pm)"
This was the first time I had brought my puppy to this clinic and I was deeply disappointed. I was told my puppy tested negative for Parvo however a second test at the Small Animal Emergency Clinic showed him to be positive for Parvo. I understand this type of thing can happen. What there is no excuse for is the lack of respect I experienced.
