Visited the clinic for the 1st time and the staff, despite being busy, was friendly and attentive. Even the other clients in the waiting room with us were nice. The clinic has a pleasant atmosphere and we didn't have to wait very long before seeing the Veterinarian. He was professional, knowledgeable, and indulgent to the needs of a new puppy mama. Thanks to ALL of them!

They barely gave me any information at all because they were too busy talking to each other about NOTHING to do with their jobs. This was done while we waiting AND standing right there looking at them. They could not have cared less about the customers. VERY RUDE and snobbish front desk behavior! Their staff was not friendly at all; I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse and angry when I left. I would never visit them again and I would never recommend them to anyone! I was very disappointed with everyone (especially) front desk behavior). I had to wonder if they were relatives of the vet by the blatant disregard for the security of their job. Rating of 1 to 5… 0
