After hours, my dog came down with an illness. I called the number for the clinic and then paged the vet. She returned my call within 5 minutes. I explained the situation and answered my questions. She told me of other 24 hour vet hospitals in the area, and also let me know that she would be there if I wanted to bring my dog in to see her. I chose her, since she was less than 2 miles away. She met me at the door, got us into a room, asked questions, and examined my dog. She was extremely professional, and also very calm. She was very gentle with my dog, and very reassuring to me. The next day, I went in to visit my dog. The front office staff was great, very kind and informative. The vet answered my questions and addressed my daughter's concerns. I've been to a number of vets, and this is by far my best experience. The office has been clean, the staff has been cooperative and courteous, and the vets have been both knowledgeable and compassionate. I won't be searching for another vet in this area. I've found a vet home for my pets.

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
