MY DOG DIED. AFTER GOING TO THESE PEOPLE SEVERAL TIMES FOR HELP RARELY GETTING TO SEE A REAL DOCTOR. I HAD TO INSIST ON GETTING A REAL VET TO SEE MY SICK DOG. THEY GAVE HIM ANTIBIOTICS AND SENT HIM HOME. THE ANTIBIOTICS I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER DOCTOR WAS THE WRONG THING AND I WAS ALSO INFORMED THEY COULD HAVE DONE MORE IF THEY WERE ON THE BALL OR IF I WAS ABLE TO SEE A REAL VET EARLIER. INSTEAD WE SAW A RUSSIAN ASSOCIATE. ENDED UP CALLING BACK AFTER A DAY AND WAS TOLD A REAL DOCTOR WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ANOTHER 3 DAYS. ENDED UP GOING TO THE EMERGENCY HOSPITAL . WHO I BELEIVE GAVE HIM GOOD CARE,,,BUT TOO LATE MY DOG DIED.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
