Horrible experience. Took my cat twice for two visits. First visit they gave her an antibiotic shot which wasn't explained to me. Normally cats get the regular Clavamox for infections. She was treated for an absyss. After that her behavior got strange, crying at night, and acting like she was in heat. Then it subsided. But I brought her back into the vet and saw Dr. Sinner. Another office visit cost, and he did not prescribe her anything at all. I told him i suspected a possible UTI, yet I also expressed my concern of my cat's behavior because of the shot. ? I reported her symptoms to the consumer department of the medicine they gave her, and they spoke with him too. Dr. Sinner just said to feed her more. O.k.,so now my cat is still acting like she is having problems, crying and going to the litter box a lot. So exactly two weeks later after my last visit with Dr. Sinner, today I called and asked for some Clavamox to treat her with. But after taking my message, I got a telephone call back and the office said that they can't treat my cat any more, and a letter is coming in the mail to explain that. What a chicken. He utterly kicked me out of his service because I called the company and told them about my cat's reaction, and he didn't want to deal with the situation at all. Low down service. He didn't even care about my cat's condition or welfare, very insensitive. Not a compassionate or understanding veterinarian at all. He wouldn't even try to offer any thing for pain when I brought her in the second time. They were unprofessional, and I just got ripped off again by them. Stay clear of this veterinarian office.
1-15-2016. My cat had to be put down yesterday, yes, DEAD now, all because we had the most unfortunate accident of coming to this vet. On Dec.15th, Doctor Sinner sent me away after viewing my cat and telling me it was a behavioral problem why my cat was crying IN PAIN. He totally dismissed her condition, by which if she was helped at the appropriate time she could be saved. How cruel and incompetent can one be?? Yep, that's the truth about Dr. Sinnner, and he couldn't care less whether my special cat of "7 years" was my child, whereas to him it was just another animal he saw for just one day which then determined the outcome my cat's life?? I am so sorry I had the bad luck experience of entrusting my pet to this horrible and insensitive practice. Please run from this place!!
