Compassionate staff not only to me, but to my cat as well. Seemed concerned with the well-being of my cat and explained all the options
Since moving to Florence in December, I've had to go to Oceanside twice because of sick or lame dogs, and every time, my dogs and I have experienced great care and service from everybody there - from the front desk to Drs. Bachmann and Franz. In addition to great service, they are not into gouging the patient's wallet. In fact, they are very conservative in not running unnecessary tests, and they will provide estimates (low and high) before any treatment. I have all the confidence in this great team!
