I was assured by the owner and breeder of the stud dog that I had selected for my girl that this clinic was top notch at handling K9 reproductive issues. Their dog's semen quality was collected, evaluated and assured the stud dog's owner that it was viable. I had the semen shipped overnight for a breeding and my vet found it to be completely unviable. The sperm, although were alive and moving were almost all without heads or deformed. I am extremely upset over this and I find this lack of professionalism inexcusable.
