The doctors and staff at Ottawa Veterinary Clinic are very friendly and professional. My pet specifically sees Dr. Barthelmas, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He makes sure every single question I have is thoroughly answered, and the office is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Barthelmas is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent service and care of my pet. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to the Ottawa Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Barthelmas.

Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. My pet almost died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
