Dr. Plantz and staff have always been very nice, very helpful. We had to call the doctor late one night due to an emergency with our dog, and he was right there - no problem. When our dog later had a stroke, one of the staff actually made a house call to check on her.
They only complaint I would have is with the prices of medicine, etc., and can't be sure how much of this is their office or the pharmaceutical companies.
They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
