My dog bled to death during routine surgery. I know surgery has risk, but they never called to tell us she was going bad, or bleeding out. I didn't know she had died....until I called to check on my dog. Not sure how I feel about the clinic. Angry I guess. Frustrated. Past experiences were OK. Not this one.

Killed my cat. We called on Friday with a cat that wasn't eating or drinking, and was vomiting. They said they were full but if we paid for boarding they would look at the cat if they had time. We dropped her off, they called a few hours later and said they'd run several tests and the cat had a UTI. They gave her no fluids, charged us $300 and sent her home with medicine. She never improved and died Saturday night in pain. When they open on Tuesday I'll be going down there.
