They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It would be helpful to get a discount since we have many animals. The secretary is always funny. The vet is somewhat all business. I trust him totally. I have purchased flea medicine there and it was double the price I could get online. Scheduling is always easy. It does not appear to be handicapped accessable. The back porch is terrible to climb while carrying an animal carrier-it is quite difficult to climb, and it was so bad I didn't have my mother bring my animal there because she couldn't have made it up the stairs.
