One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
THEY AREN'T A POSH ENVIRONMENT, BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS THEY ARE GOOD & KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ! & CARE ABOUT THE WELFARE OF YOUR PET MAINLY TRYING TO KEEP THEIR COSTS DOWN W/ THEIR TRUE CONCERN.. THATS WHY I LIKE THEM THEY ARE VERY HONEST ! THEY DON'T TRY TO TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE.. WELL KNOWLEDGED & TRUELY CONCERNED ABOUT HELPING YOUR PET , IS THEIR MAIN GOAL..! NOT MANY OUT THERE LIKE THAT ANYMORE !

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
