Dr Steinberg & his staff are amazing. They have helped my entire family with tough situations with all of of family pets, & was the only vet in the area that would operate on my brothers Rottie when she desperately needed surgery. I will always take my animals to him, he genuinely cares for all of his patients and their families, calling regularly to check n the animals after a procedure.

Dr. Batchelder and the staff at West County Animal Clinic were awesome during my recent experience with my Shih-Tzu. They made it as easy as possible to leave her there during the day to receive an involved dental treatment, mole removal, and microchip installation. They were sooo very sweet and sympathetic to my anxiety about leaving her. You could tell they loved her and would take the best care of her. Dr. Batchelder is always so thorough, personable, informative, and caring about your pet and wants the best care for him/her. The staff (Jenny, Meghan, all of them) are so helpful with all your questions and needs. I felt so good after worrying so much about this procedure. They made as easy as possible all the way around for my dog. They called later and checked up on her. They always send reminders about her appointment needs. I have been thrilled with this vet practice.
