I brought my pet in for a problem with her eye. She was treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory and the vet said it might require a little surgery later if it is infected. Visit cost: $100.

10 days later I saw that the antibiotics were not working I called another vet. "Anything with eyes we refer to a specialist." Unfortunately I did not take this advice.

BACK to Banfield who ran "tests" and prescribed more medication but then said she needed a specialist. Visit cost: $194.

Took her to the specialist and she has a tumor. The specialist lifted up her eyelid and even I could see it.

Wasted $300 and over two weeks with Banfield. Will NEVER go back.

I will not be taking her back to Petsmart for grooming either because the groomer suggested anti-mite medication for her ears which in fact was absolutely the WRONG thing to do. They are amateurs.
