The vets and services performed are great. the service, however, not so much. I have visited this vet several times with our dogs, due to the location. recently they have become pushy on shots and vaccinations for farm animals (outside any city limit). The customer service is greatly lacking. my most recent visit left me feeling uneasy leaving my dog for a dental procedure as we were forced to give our elder dog a rabies vaccine, and were rushed through check in. I actually had to say to the lady taking our dog that I would feel better in explaining the location of the tooth to be pulled (which they were never told), and about her other condition. And ask her to be nice to the dog! There is one person in particular I dread speaking with as she is always rude. It’s like a nurse with NO BEDSIDE MANNER. Why do I keep going back?p you may wonder? Well, I’m not. There are plenty of vets in the area and I’d rather support one that is kind to me and doesn’t make me wish I hadn’t come back.
