Things went okay during my pet's appointment, but they could have gone a lot better. I wasn't completely satisfied with the services, but not unhappy either. The veterinarian and staff briefly gave me some information on what I could be doing to keep my pets healthy, but I found the advice to be completely unhelpful not entirely accurate. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. THE WAIT IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
